The original house at the heart of Hotel Resort UK dates back well over a century, set on grounds that once served the surrounding farmland. Over the years it has been carefully extended — new wings for guest rooms, a purpose-built restaurant wing, and eventually the gaming lounge that now anchors our evening programme.
Each addition was designed to sit comfortably alongside the original stonework, so the estate still feels like one place rather than a patchwork of renovations. Guests regularly comment that the hotel feels calm during the day and lively in the evening — exactly the balance we aim for.
